Kia ora church
From Rachel and I we want to tell you we love you all, miss you, and are praying for you as you enter into another Build to Reach season where we know God is going to move powerfully!
It is almost coming up to one year since we launched C3 Dunedin. In that time we have seen God.
do some amazing things and we feel truly so blessed to be pioneering what we feel is a work of God.
Since our first service in October 2023, we have been gathering weekly for Sunday services and during the week for our Potluck dinners. Each Sunday we have had amazing times of worship, people have grown in the word, and sacred times of taking communion together.
Our Potluck dinners have been a real highlight, with people connecting over food and finding a true sense of belonging. We have a hunch that hospitality will always be a hallmark of C3 Dunedin, opening up our home and giving people the famous C3 Big Hug.
As a church plant it feels like most months we have a “first to celebrate”. Our church had our first Christmas together, our first Easter service, and our first guest speaker in March (Ps Theany Keat from C3 Cambodia). We also celebrated our first baptism in July 2024, and we’re believing for many many more people to find Jesus through our church.
We are so grateful to everyone at C3 Invercargill for your support. We know people have prayed for us,
sown financially, and some have even made the trip up to preach or play music for us.
All of this is possible because God is good, and you as a church have been generous in sowing into
Build to Reach. On behalf of myself, Rachel, Jeremy and everyone who has been blessed by C3 Dunedin
we thank you and pray for God’s rich blessings to be poured out upon you, in Jesus name.
